The Galaxy S22 Ultra is shaping up to be the phone to rule them all. The latest Galaxy that doesn't split in half (and is better than them in many ways, but we won't get into that right now) offers you a super bright 6.8-inch OLED display,
better main camera and more telephoto lenses. there will be a Bridge (two more than usual), the latest chipsets from Qualcomm or Samsung, and the versatility of a stylus for work and play.

We've heard complaints from both sides, and that's just from within the four walls of our office. It has a bunch of cameras that are useless for Note users. The other camp says it also wastes valuable space with the S Pen, space that could be a battery instead. We think Note fans will appreciate the look more than S fans – it's more Note20 Ultra than S21 Ultra.

The non-Ultra Galaxy S22s are less divisive – not as expensive and aimed at a more mainstream clientele. Some smart choices from Samsung certainly help, especially with the S22 - it's got glass back this year, so it doesn't lose that premium feel and is clearly attracting more and more users. There is also a small touch to be made. Consumers looking for more pocket-friendly alternatives.
